Disc Jockey Agreement 

I, , agree to the below stated terms in this agreement.

This instrument contains the entire agreement between the parties, and no statements, promises, or inducements made by either party or agent of either party that are not contained in this contract shall be valid or binding; this contract may not be enlarged, modified, or altered except in writing signed by both parties and endorsed on this agreement.                                   initial

This agreement is for a hour time period beginning and ending on , , . It is agreed that a $100 deposit will be made during the signing of this agreement and the remainder due the date of the event when Disc Jockey arrives (Total due depends on selected package). Checks are excepted for deposits only and  should be made out to whomever your Disc Jockey maybe. The amount due needs to be in  CASH and will be paid to the Disc Jockey before set up.  If time should exceed the agreed time period, Djs4rent will be paid $80 (cash only) an hour after scheduled time is exceeded. Time will be rounded to the nearest full hour.  It is understood that Djs4rent will be paid the full amount if cancellation should arrive less than 48 hours before the event. Legal actions will be pursed if the agreement is not met.  ALL REFUNDS ARE NONREFUNDABLE             initial

Your Disc Jockey will need 30 minutes prior to engagement for set-up and sound check.

Should a bartender service be requested, CLIENT will provided the choice of alcohol and non alcohol drinks. Bartender will contact CLIENT to see what type of mix drinks are preferred.
